Costs (Postage and Packaging) & Delivery Times
Shipping to any UK mainland address carries a handling charge of £2.55 + 55p per item. On Items over £90 the shipping will be free

Delivery within the UK will generally be 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.
Delivery to Republic of Ireland will generally be 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.
For customers outside the UK or Republic of Ireland postage and packaging costs will be based on the weight of your order using the Royal Mail airmail service.
Estimated delivery time is 5 - 7 working days.
Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge.
We reserve the right to change special offers on postage and packaging at any time

Shipment of aerosols to non-UK destinations:

Please note that due to strict Royal Mail regulations aerosols cannot be shipped by Airmail or Surface Mail. If you are an international customer and have ordered aerosols we will contact you and issue a refund.

Order & Dispatch Process

Once an order has been received, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, confirming receipt of order as well as order details.
We will endeavour to dispatch orders 1st class mail within 2 working days of receiving the order (subject to the item being in stock and payment received). A confirmation email response will be sent by email to confirm that the item has been dispatched.
If we do not have your order in stock, we will tell you by either email or telephone at which point we can advise when the item will come into stock and discuss whether you require to cancel that part of the order or wait until it comes into stock.
