Purchasing products online
Purchasing our products online could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. You then follow the staged process of adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding to the checkout.
An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent, and this will provide a unique order reference.
Online Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. Our online processing is undertaken by Paypal, a world recognised leader in secure online payment processing.
You do not need to have a Paypal account or set one up to pay by credit or debit card.
If you don't want to send your credit card details over the internet, we offer alternative ways of paying.

Tax
All prices quoted are inclusive of all UK taxes. It is the responsibility of customers residing outside the UK to pay any extra taxes due on the goods and we will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. It is a requirement in the UK to include a customs docket, which notifies the customs authorities of the goods contained within the package.
Returns, Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you receive any product which is damaged or faulty we ask you to notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will subsequently advise of the method of returning the goods and a returns number.
We will accept back any goods which are not satisfactory for any reason for a full refund providing they are in an un-used, un-opened and in an 'as new' condition within 10 days from the day after you receive the goods.
We reserve the right to stop repeat orders from customers who abuse this returns policy.
You also have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of the goods without giving a reason and we will then refund your money as soon as possible but within 30 days of your cancellation and return of the goods. The cost of postage & packaging for returning the goods will be charged to the customer.
Goods returned without a valid returns number will not be accepted.
The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Customer Account
Every customer will be asked to set up a new account once they make an online purchase. You will be asked to complete a username and password and provide your email address. We recommend you use a password of 6 characters, with at least 1 integer.
Once an account has been set up, a returning customer needs to complete a user login in the 'My Account' section which will provide them with details of current orders and order history.
Your details will not be passed to any third party but you may receive emails from Lookabfab informing you of special offers or new products.
Special Offers
Lookabfab.com will regularly be running special offers on specific product lines for limited time periods. These can be found by selecting the Special Offers page. We reserve the right to change these at any time.
